Sally Hansen Miracle Gel

So this is my first blog discussing nail polish and my first time trying out Sally Hansen nail products.
Where to buy: Priceline, Woolworths, Kmart, Target, Coles, Chemist
If you check out their website, you will see what an incredible, innovative variety of nail polish colours and nail care Sally Hansen comprises of. Sally Hansen’s aim is to provide the best nail treatment and colour that sets the trends. I’m going to talk about a nail care treatment that has truly been beneficial to my nails and then their Miracle Gel.
This incredible product works as a:
1) Base Coat
2) Top Coat
3) Growth
4) Strengthener
5) Ridge-Filler
6) Brightener
7) Ultra-Moisturizing

Lately from using Shellac, my nails have weakened drastically. This Complete Care has truly helped to restore my dry, brittle nails making them healthier looking. My nails look shinier and brighter, also feel stronger and more moisturized.

The exclusive patented formula with Avocado Oil, Sea Salt, Pomegranate Extract and Calcium, immediately protects and continuously nourishes nails. What I love about this product is that you can use it alone or with a nail colour. To wear it alone, simply apply two coats to clean, dry, bare nails.

Miracle Gel ($16.95 AUD)
Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel is a part-lacquer, part-gel formula that doesn’t require any UV light!  You can get the set which comes with nail colour and top coat. I have shade 250 ‘Block Party.’ I don’t think this shade is available to purchase anymore. 😦 Nevertheless, there is a great range of 31 colours to choose from! It lasts up to 14 days and to remove just use a regular nail polish remover! I’ve had mine on now for nearly 1 week and it hasn’t chipped yet. So far so good.

This is the process of applying Sally Hansen Miracle Gel:

STEP 1 – COLOUR: Start with clean, dry nails. No base coat needed. But you can always use the 7 in 1 Nail Care treatment. Apply 2 coats of your Miracle Gel colour and then allow to touch dry.

STEP 2 – TOP COAT: Apply 1 coat of Miracle Gel 2x Top Coat to activate the curing. Let natural light do the rest.

Hope you all enjoyed reading my first blog on nail polish! I’m sure I will do plenty more of these types of blogs in the future 😉
